North West: Bordering Scotland in the North and Wales in the South, the North West is one of the most diverse regions of the UK: a veritable mix of urban and rural. The North West houses both two of the largest urban and industrial centres in the nation (Manchester and Liverpool) as well as flaunting the largest national park in England: the Lake District.

Having to choose between nature and the city, however, North Westerners choose nature with only 4% saying they would move home to a more urban area, this is the lowest of any region in the UK.
